Salad or wrap for chicken
You can use this for a salad or a wrap.
The exact recipee is a trade secret, but the basics are
1/2 cup soy flour
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
herbs and spices to your liking
mix together
2 eggs scrambled
1 pound package of chicken tender strips
Enough oil to fry in
Take each strip, dredge in dry mix, then in egg wash, then in dry mix again.
Pan fry to get golden brown, then finish in oven at 400 for 10-15 minutes to make sure they are cooked through.
Cut up the strips into small pieces.
Take a Large La tortilla (5 net carbs) spread some Ceasar dressing on it (Maries) add some lettuce or baby greens to your liking.
Maybe some chopped tomatoe and onion.
And some Shreded cheese.
And Voila...A low carb chiken ceaser wrap.
Just omit the tortilla for the salad version.
