Hi,

My name is David. I've been on Atkins Induction since February, 2003.

I started low carbing around 2 years ago but never stayed consistent. My longest LC streak was 3 weeks, even that seemed like an eternity. When I take a look back and ask myself why I couldnt do Atkins, I find that I was not ready to wholeheartedly commit myself to the LC WOL. Basically I was out of control in a spiraling circle coming down.
