heart palpatations

anyone have any of these.I noticed last week and this that at certain times in day I have them.Not doing anything different.I remember years ago I use to have some but doctor says that this is normal to h ave them sometimes.My blood pressure is great 115\70.Just thought that I would ask.Problably body just adjusting to all the changes in diet although I have been on it for 4 months.I love you guys and all your support
