Default Withdrawals/ Getting off Sugar

Watching the carbs pretty much eliminates the junk food and sugar in your diet. I go from bingeing on sugar to cutting it out altogether. I go through withdrawals from it. I feel pretty crappy for about two weeks. I have been a carb addict for a very long time, to a point where I have blood sugar problems. I know from watching the carbs my cravings have been reduced a lot. Does anyone else here go through withdrawals getting off sugar?
