Is that possible?

I'm trying to analyze what has been causing me to break out in these wierd rashes....actually just small bumps but its all along my jawline and face.which is rare for me, the only place I usually breakout is on my chin. The only thing I can think of is the Green Tea, my sister thought she thought she had heard something about that, but I can't seem to find anything on the internet about it.
