Thumbs down Kfc = Msg

I posted this in my journal last week and I realized that it bears repeating here on the board. If I can save one person from the evil clutches of the Colonel, I will feel like my experience was worth it.

I went to the web for the question “Does Kentucky Fried Chicken have msg in it?”. Apparently so much it’s illegal in India. Well, at least it was until the government changed the law.

This explains my out of control behavior two hours after eating the stuff. It’s a relief really to know this because I felt so bad about myself. I had vowed that the binge fest was over and I was getting back on track. I had gotten through a day and a half with no problems and then ate the chicken. Two hours later I was a mess. I could not stop eating to save my life. For those of you on CAD, take my word for it. Don’t eat KFC for your RM if you are sensitive to MSG. There’s enough in one thigh to flavor an entire horse.
