Default whoosh and carb blowout??

I have been on this LCarb for 4 months and lost 18 pounds. It seems very slow but I was very happy to be under 200 for the first time in 12 years.I still have 50 to go and it seems like I may never get there but I love this way of eating and I will not go back to old habits.
After reading so many letters I decided to try to overload on carbs for one day to see if it woul;d give me a whoosh,as I have not had one yet.Can any of you tell me if you had tried this and how long before the whoosh came as I am up 2 pounds this morning and still hoping for a whoosh. Also I am on HRT so this can also make weight loss slow right?
I love you all for giving so selfishlessly of your time and experiences. This forum is the best and you all ROCK
