Should I toss my crappy supplement?
I just bought a potassium supplement. Turns out it has Dextrose in it (I really have to get better at reading the label more carefully ).
I'm trying to decide whether to take it, or toss it and get another brand. I already opened the bottle so I can't return it, and hate throwing money away, but the other day I had some food with overlooked dextrose in it, and it gave me a serious sugar rush. I'm thinking as long as I take it with food and count it as a carb I might be okay, but maybe that's playing with fire. Especially since, it's only 99 mg, and the recommendation on the boards here seems to be around 400... am I going to be ingesting too much dextrose? .
Thoughts?
