Question Only 10 lbs to us - is this the right diet?

This is sort of related to the post below, but my question is specifically about only having 10 lbs. or so to lose (not specifically that it is a "last 10" but a total of 10) - that stubborn bit of "dough" around my middle that I want to lose. Is the Atkins diet geared mainly for those interested in losing quite a bit of weight or will it work on those with only 5/10/15 lbs. total to lose? I do work out (mainly weights with some cardio 4-5 times a week).

Just like the poster below, I feel SO guilty asking this question because I shouldn't complain, but I agree with a low carb lifestyle and want to give it a try. I've been keeping my carbs under 20 grams for about 2.5 weeks now and haven't seen any changes. I hope it will work though - any insights would be so helpful!
