Substitute for Soy Flour?
I have a problem with most LC bread-type recipes. When I use soy flour, you don't want to be within 50 feet of me about an hour later. It's not pleasant, so I avoid most soy (soy sauce is an exception). I am also allergic to many tree nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans, hazelnuts, Brazil nuts). Do any of you culinary whizes out there have any suggestions for LC alternatives to soy flour?
