Default Low Carb Devon Cream tea - passport to heaven!

I've just had a low carb Devon cream tea for lunch - heaven.
Ingredients:
low carb instant bread,
butter,
Devonshire clotted cream (Safeways)
Diabetic strawberry jam.

The recipe below for the bread is lifted from 'Carblife uk' website - with many thanks:

100g Ground Almonds
25g melted butter
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
Mix wet ingredients, then add the dry. Pour into whatever container you like- (a lunch box makes it fit exactly into your lunch box afterwards)and nuke for 2 mins (you can tell if its ready by touching the top- it should be dry).

Spread your bread with butter,a thick layer of clottted cream and top off with strawberry jam. Drink tea while eating. Enjoy - I did!
