new to firm

Hi everyone,
I just ordered the Firm tapes with the stick a few minutes ago. I was doing Winsor Pilates and while I like that, I need the cardio. I have never done the Firm before and am a little frightened but I fell for the infomercial so here goes. I am hoping they arrive by next week so I can start doing them while children are in school. Any other newbies here?? I have been LCing since late June. Donnie
