Talking Exercise makes me feel great

I enjoy my exercise regime so much It makes me feel so good and I have lost quite a lot of body fat because of it This is what I do each week come rain or come shine. These classes are all the brain child of a guy named Les Mills. I think he is a New Zealander

2 Step Classes (sometimes 3)
1 Pump Class (weights class to music)
1 Personal training Session 1/2

1 Body Balance Class (Yoga/Pilates based)

2 RPM Classes (Stationery Bike Class to music - high endurance)

As you can see, I am totally hooked. I have been doing these classes for the past 5 months. Prior to that, I used to go to 3 Jazzercise classes per week for the past 3 years.

I am so happy I have found classes I enjoy and I feel sooooooo good now I am really proud of myself too I hope you all have the best of luck in your weight loss journey and I look forward to hearing from you all at some stage. Take care all and God Bless America and Australia too
