Click on the

icon at the top of the page. That will take you to your user control panel. Click on the Avatar tab. Scroll down to the Custom Avatar section .. make sure the "yes" option is highlighted. Use the Browse button to locate the file on your C: drive, then click Submit Modifications.

There is also a Profile Picture option on that same page .. you can upload a larger picture that will appear on your member profile page (but not as your avatar which appears with all your posts on the forum)
