Default lower back pain

ok i saw this posted in another thread and it reminded me that I experienced the same thing..

"When I first did the induction my lower back really hurt for a few days then went away. I fell off the wagon one time (just once in 8 weeks! and I learned from it) and had the same experience when I went back onto induction. I assume this is my kidneys going through some kind of carb-starve shock or something.."

any thoughts on this?

It is gone now.. i wasnt sure if it was muscle ouchies from biking or something inside (it didnt feel like either to be honest) so I didnt go to the Doc.. But I was really concerned about it.. if you have any links id appreciate it also.. that way if this is something i shouldnt be concerned about but see another LCer experiencing, i can reassure them as well

thank you!!
