pounds coming off, inches not moving hardly at all

Hi, I've been on Atkins since June 16th. I have lost 15 pounds,but the inches are moving hardly at all.Maybe a 1/2 inch off my hips. So how is this when the weight is moving. I would really like to see that happen. Anybody know, what is going on. Thanks Lacey
