Big Costco Mistake
Went to Costco and endulged in their $1.50 cafe's polish kielbasa. That in itself is an acocomplishment...in my WW days, I would PICK OUT the white specks of fat!
Well then I got home, and fixed their Sinai Polish Kielbasas for dinner, with sauerkraut and salad. My reasoning was "it's meat, it's ok. It's meat, it's ok." You get the drift.
Next day: Daughter says, "Mom, there are 7 carbs in these things!'
What a huge mistake! Is it because of all the wonderful goodies hidden inside, like preservatives, sodium, etc?
We live, and learn!
