Has any one had any success with the various body firming creams, gels, lotions and potions available out there?

I have had good success with Biotherms Bust'up. I think it's clear what area of the body that is for. I know there is no scientific reason why it should work but it has definately helped with the deflation I was experiencing.

I have a little cellulite on my thighs I'd like to see gone. Any suggestions?
