I will go buy the book. I'll try to find it on Amazon.

I am curious which anti depressant your friend was on. What does she do for the other problem of menopause like bones, hot flashes, vaginal and skin problems and etc.???? I started a new job on Monday and I'm in "intense" training till July 12th so I'm not going to play with my HRT till after then, but after that I'm open to new things.
