vivid dreams? (just wondering)

Hi, I'm on Day 5 of induction. I have cut out caffeine- after the first day of headaches

its gotten a lot better.

One thing I've noticed since I have begun Induction is that I have very vivid, detailed dreams when I sleep at night. I also remember them right away when I wake up. I dreamt before Induction, but would only remember random portions of dreams throughout the day...

Maybe its because I am getting into deeper sleep w/out caffeine (?). Whatever the case, its a cool side effect

Has anyone else noticed this?
