Lightbulb Great Apparatus!!

My husband brought home a "training device" yesterday and I am thrilled and amazed, I can't stay off it! It folds up for storage, works every muscle in your upper body and abs, your calves, hamstrings and to an extent glutes. It's a Ladder!! LOL
It's in 4 parts of 4 feet each, and we have it set up so that it is 4 feet high on each side and 8 feet across. There is a brace (that comes with it) holding it stable at the bottom. We can do so many variations of pullups chinups assisted pullups monkeybar moves, put your feet on any of the rungs, the ground etc. your imagination is the only limit..not to mention the killer ab workout you get.

Just thought I'd share
Meg
