Default Martial Arts and Low Carb

Hi
I was wondering ifanyone else does some form of Martial Arts and uses this in with their exercise plan ?? I'm a big guy and do better in the martial arts than people realize i would. I do 2 styles kenpo and combat hapkido.I have dropped 25 lbs already since i started low carb,i have noticed i'm faster and more limber with even this little amount of weight loss.Granted i was doing these before i started low carb but now besides self defense in using it for cardio and making myself more limber. Please share your thought or ??? i look forward to hearing from everyone
