Quit smoking, now not losing!
I went on Atkins some time ago, and lost a lot of weight. Having done so, I figured it was finally time to stop smoking.
I did so 3 months ago. Gained mucho weight from stuffing my face. No that i'm confortable with not smoking, I've been back on Atkins for 2 months, and haven't lost an ounce.
Nothing has changed except the smoking. I used to lose an average of 3 lbs a week. Now after 2 months, I think I've lost maybe 5. I'm a long time lowcarber, and I'm not cheating, and am eating the same as I always have. Only difference is the lack of 2 packs a day of cigarettes.
Do I have to get more drastic with the carb restriction now, or will this pass eventually?
