Default just hello


Hello every one.
Just wanted to say i had a great weekend.
I didnt cheat once and in fact lost. iam f down now to 140lbs.
40 lbs to go.
hope to lose 2-3 lbs by the end of this month but we will see.
most of all it satrted moving down. I think it was due to Taking CLA. and j keeping cals lower and up fat just little and keeping carbs 20 or Less. not to many days have hit 20 it has been less. trying to get water down more.
My husband just started Atkins to today.
I wish i knew how many calaries 4 oz. lean pork chops have and how many cals are in 4oz. hamburger on grill.
i usally wont eat somr ething like that unless i know how many calaries.
any one know??
I have to count my calaries are this wont work for me.
Tonite going to make 4 oz. turkery burgers on grill and have 1 cup salad with cesars dressing. i found at walmart dressing>. great value Has NO Sugar and No Carbs and very good.
I also think Cla pills are working to. i know from another atkins site alot of people taking. it helps firm ect.
We will see by end of summer with taking 4 pills a day 1000 a day. how it help.
but i must rember to add 80 calaries w for taking then m. it all adds up . take care. and hope to report lost again by end of May or first week in June.
i will be so glad to get to 125 and then 100lbs by fall.
I started Feb 1st. so i gusse 25 lbs lost is not to bad.or slow.
i know i feel great with atkins and i will stay with it and when i get to goal in fall with stay with it. right now 20 carbs or lees and fewre calareis
