Hello all. I decided to graduate from lurker to forum member after four months of low-carbing. I absolutely love this wol. I have never felt better. I have not been perfect, in fact have had quite a few slip-ups(mostly on purpose), but this is the way it will be for the rest of my life. That I am sure of.
