Pilates and Fitday
Hi,
I'm new to this and was wondering about something exercise related. I've just started using Fitday to keep track of my eating and would like to also use it to keep track of my exercise. Currently Pilates is my exercise of choice. It's not listed on Fitday. I was wondering if anyone else uses that website to keep track of their progress, and if so what would you enter Pilates as? Would Calisthenics be appropriate to use here?
