Unhappy Induction woes

I've done the plan before but gave up for a stupid reason. I am back again and on induction one week. I am on my way to the bookstore to get another copy of the book which I loaned to someone....

I've not dropped one pound and I am exhausted now. I went from energy the first few days to burning holes for eyes. AND BAD BREATH (probably from cheese)!

I'm going to get some Chromium too.

I am having a hard time w/ the carb counts. I am getting 23 carbs per day - cheese and veggies are the culprits. Cheese has always been an issue for me, so I am feeling bad that I'm going to have to "give it up" in order to drop the carb counts.

Any thoughts or suggestions? I LOVE salad, but I'm hooked on the bag salad with cabbage and carrots (because it is easy!). ALSO does anyone have a no carb ceasar dressing recipe they will share? The Bleu cheese is too carby.
