Leslie Sansone Video's

Hi!

I just stared doing the Leslie Sansone Video - Walk Away the Pounds! What a neat workout. It has a belt and you workout your arms as well. I did the 1 mile beginner one and for someone like me who is OUT OF SHAPE it was the perfect beginner workout.

Is there anyone else that is using or has used this video series before?? How did you like it???
