I just want to say a very big thank you to Dr. Atkins. His WOE has made it extremely easy for me to lose weight and i am sure i can eat like this for the rest of my life no worries!! I have seen a lot of people lately who haven't seen me for a while - and the most common reaction is the mouth dropping and"wow - where have you gone" I get so chuffed when people notice and i am so motivated to get to my goal.
For all you people who have just started doing Atkins you won't ever look back - it is fantastic - good luck to everyone
