11 lbs down in just a little over 3 weeks!!!

Hello, I know this is not a question but I wanted to let everyone know. I am so excited and motivated. My goal is to be down 12 lbs by the 18th of this month. That would be 12lbs gone in one month.

Yeahhhhh. 11 lbs gone.

Here is my formula for success: Plan, prepare and have patience. Don't forget to exercise!!!!
