Question what happens??

what happens if you are really doing good on your atkins diet and one day you are somewhere you can't eat any of the foods you are allowed and you are starving so you eat 100 carbs in the morning? What should you do for the rest of the day? Should you count calories the rest of the day or load up on fat, or just wait until the next day and start all over?

Just get right back on plan -- focus on salads and protein for the rest of the day. This is actually the CALP plan -- one meal with carbs and the remaining meals very low carb. You may put on a few pounds of water weight, but it should disappear in a couple of days.
