Can anyone help a vegetarian

Hi,

I have to be vegetarian 2 days a week due to religious reasons. I am not losing weight, even though I exercise. Does anyone have any resources for Atkins vegetarian people.

There's a pretty good vegetarian section on this board. Go to "Other Plans" I like to look there for ideas when I'm sick of meat!
There are also ideas in the recipe section.
