Default OMG! Did I blow it?

I had KFC fried chicken today! ( 2 pieces)
I thought everything fried was ok. I didn't think about
what the coating was made of. Does anybody know.
How bad did I blow it? Only had maybe 1/2 cup coleslaw.
It tasted very sweet, duh obviously made with sugar!

I feel so dumb. I hope this didn't throw me out of ketosis.
I am a slow loser already!

I checked the KFC website and they have nutritional info.
It looks like a drumstick is about 4 g per serving, a breast is 19g. THe coleslaw had 22 g per serving.

Take a look at www.kfc.com. Click Colonels' Kitchen, and then Nutritional INfo.
