Default Great pudding/mousse like dessert

1 small box jello sugar free instant pudding (I use white chocolate or vanilla)
1 cup of heavy cream
1 cup of water
8 oz package of cream cheese (NOT FAT FREE)
Mix the pudding, cream and water. Beat in the cream cheese. Mix until SMOOTH
This has about 40 grams of carbs for the whole recipe (assuming you use white choc of vanilla pudding) but is so rich and filling that you can easily get 8 to 10 servings out of it which makes it fairly reasonable. I put it in individual containers and have for desserts. Great for company too.
I have also used a macadamia nut crust and made pie. Very good.
