livvie's lose-weight-get-toned log :)
normally, i log all my exercise on a dieting application in my phone. BUT since i'm on stillman's, i'm not supposed to calorie count so i'm trying to break my addiction to the app...& i figured, why not log my exercise here?
i exercise EVERY day, even if i just bike to the tesco i make sure i burn at least 300 calories a day (most of the time 800+)
biked 10 miles ~ leisurely pace, total 2 hours
did 120 crunches
45 leg curls
20 shoulder presses
20 minutes on a bunch of random weight machines
20 minutes elliptical (moderate)
15 minutes on a rowing machine (fast)
total calories burned: ~1,160 (according to the phone app...i can stop WHENEVER i want xD)
