It's true all carbs must be counted! Meats, cheeses, veggies, whatever, you have to count the carbs if you want to loose that weight. It's not that hard to do, just write down each food you eat and the corresponding carbs it contains, and get your total. Most foods are marked, but be sure you're eating the "serving size" described. You can also find carb counters in The New Diet Revolution, here, Dr. Atkin's Website, Fit Day, etc... Good luck.
