Hi eva123!
Here are a few recipes for that sweet tooth. I think I found most of them (if not all) on this site. I've had them for a while on my puter, that's why I'm not exactly sure where I found them.
Indivdual Chocolate Cheesecake
1 ounce cream cheese
1 tablespoon sour cream
1 teaspoon Splenda
1 teaspoon Hershey's unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Microwave for 30 seconds, Mix well, refrigerate until firm
Cinnamon/Sugar Pork Rinds
pork rinds--half a bag in a mixing bowl
1/2 cube butter, melted
mixture of 4 packets Splenda and cinnamon
Pour the butter over the rinds, mix well, then spinkle on the cinnamon-Splenda and mix well.
Sugar Free Fudge
16 oz chreem cheese, softened
2 oz unsweetened chocolate melted and cooled
sugar substitute to = 1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2cup chopped pecans
In a small mixing bow, beat the cream cheese, chocolate, sugar substitute and vanilla until smooth. Stir in pecans. Pour into an 8 in square pan lined wiht foil. (I think you could also butter the pan and be fine). Cover and refrigerate overnight. Cut into 16 squares. Serve chilled. Yield: 16 servings.
That's all I have for just microwave cooking. Maybe someone else will have more to add.
HTH!
