Default Mini Update

Hello!
Ok, so my week has been pretty good. I went grocery shopping and noticed I was eyeing the chips and chocolate, but no real urge to buy them.
Yesterday, I was finally able to buy ketostix, and saw that I am in the high level of ketosis...was boosted by that. Then I ate three hotdogs with dijonnaise mustard stuff the mustard stuff has .5 grams of carbs per teaspoon(for supper), and three litres of water a day. I got up this morning and have trace amount of keytones....what happened??
<sigh>, so am not very happy this morning as I definitely did not cheat, have not cheated, will try not to cheat. I have no time to drink anything but water, seriously.
I've lost one pound since Wednesday(weighed in last night), and while it's a loss.....I still feel as though the keytones thing should be practically black, it's so purple, know what I mean? I barely even make it to 20 grams of carbs a day.
Any ideas? Oh and I am still working out nearly every day. Today I am tempted to skip it though....

Any amount of ketones means that you are in ketosis. Dark purple means you are dehydrated.

Even the lightest pink is a success.

If you are working out heavily, your body is using the ketones for energy and they will not be excreted so much in you urine.

If you are working out everyday very heavily I would advise you to skip a day or take a break once in a while.

I work out 30 mins, on weekdays. I usually lose more weight on the weekends after not working out.
