Feels like I never stopped

I am trying to drop bombs on my metabolism and get all the glucose outta my system, after some Stacker 2 I have chicken drumsticks smothered in tobasco sauce, Cayenne pepper, and cinnamon, along with some ALA and chromium and a glass of green tea. I hit ketosis in about a day and a half tops.

I feel so much more useful

even though I have to chip away again at all the inches I gained back over the holidays

I assume the hot sauce and pepper and cinammon have something to do to do with accelerating Ketosis, but i have never heard this before except from what you just said. Care to elaborate on what the hot sauce and cinammon does? K, thanks, I got a bag-full of tips myself been doing this for quite sometime now.

THe hot sauce and pepper just get your metabolism going a lil, the cinnamon is a glucose disposal agent but I dont think I really had enough to make an impact....but all in all it was the fastest I ever hit ketosis.
