I've only been doing LC for 5 months, so I'm no expert, but in looking at your Fitday stats, it may be an idea for you to try to lower your carbs. It's ok to stay at induction levels longer than two weeks if you have a lot of weight to lose.
As far as calories are concerned, some people here--not all--are still losing while eating 10x (and more) their current weight. It may be ok for you or it may not. There are several threads in "Hot Links" in the Newbies section of the forum about this.
Sorry I can't give you more concrete information.
