Attn weight lifters-exercise to help flabby back area?
Hey Y'all,
I have a question. I am working out (again), and I have stubborn areas right under my arms and "fatback", basically excess fat on the dorsal area (I'm a woman). Can anyone recommend a weight lifting exercise to help tone these areas? I do about 45 min of cardio 4x/wk, free weights for arms, but I need to target these areas. Thanks!
