Default Tips on Meals & snacks for LC/BFL

I'm on my 3rd day of LC/BFL. Would any one be willing to share some LC BFL menus with me? I'm working on it in Fit Day but it is so time consuming. I would really appreciate some tips and advice. If I could be pointed in the right direction maybe to someones journal or a thread I would appreciate it so much!

Suzie, if you check out my journal from about November 11, 2001 on you'll get an idea of what I was eating when I began and how it changed over time. I think it's around page 24.

One piece of advice: try and get over thinking 'meals and snacks'. Your 6 meals should be interchangeable; similar protein / fat / carb ratios for each one. Think "fuel"

Thank you~that helps. It was good to see that your percentages varied too. I use fit day and am having trouble getting my carbs up past 10%. Even that was hard. Last night I had raspberries and that helped. I still have so much to learn, but its fun. Just wish I had more time to spend working on my plan. Well I have to get to work and I will read more of your great journal tonight.
