Hi there! I'm not a ham fan, so I can't help you there, but you should be able to find salad dressings that are pretty low-carb. I don't like plain vinegar/oil, either. I only like cheesy/creamy dressings. A tad of carbohydrate in them is acceptable. Kraft isn't bad; I'm using their three-cheese ranch right now and I believe it's 0.9 g carb per Tbsp. That's not bad. If I splurge and buy the more expensive refrigerated stuff (either Renee's or Laura's) there's less. It's nearly impossible to find zero-carb dressing that isn't plain oil/vinegar.

HTH. It's okay to treat yourself to a carb or two on the dressing. It's better than not enjoying your vegetables! That's more important in the long run.

Bleu cheese & caesar dressings are also quite low in carbs. You won't find any with 0 sugars. They all have just a tad of sugar, but used in moderation, they should be fine.

You can try mixing HEAVY CREAM w/ black-red pepper and some sesamese seeds. Tell us what kind of foods you like, then it would be easier to know.
