Smile Question About Pumpkin Seeds???

Soon...If we have'nt already.. alot of us will be carving pumpkins.

.I like to toast the seeds with spices..But...I was wondering if anyone knew if this was a NO NO ..on the LC way of eating or not??...If it is..No big loss..

But it is something I only do once a year..
And the smell that feels the house is so wonderful..If I can't have them I'll atleast make them for my Boyfriend to enjoy..

Have a good day all,

~Jolyne~

Well I think as long as it don't contain sugar, you will be fine. What do you add in it? Maybe that will help, there is so many ways you can spice it up.
