Default Vitamin Carb Content????

How many Carbs does Centrum Performance have in each Pill I don't want to go over my 20 carb per day limit????

Default Not sure, but....

I dont' worry about how many, if any carbs are in the supplements I take (Vits C, E and B complex as well as Multivit and Calcium). I figure it's trace amounts at worse of Dr A would have mentioned it in his book. I do NOT take the chewable, fruit flavored supplements, Like Vit C, because I figure those just might have sugar or artificial sweeteners in them, but regular, adult vits? I doubt if there's any!

I am careful about the quality of the vitamins I take....always make sure there's an expiration date and it's not too far away.
