Default My official two-week update.

Checked in at 380 this morning, down from 403 two weeks ago. Had a cheat meal last night, sweet and sour chicken from PF Chang's...only had a few bites of rice, which was easy since restaurant rice reminds me of eating play-doh when I was 4.

This LC eating without any artificially sweetened stuff has my appetite under control, which is a rare feat.

Congratulations! 23 pounds in two weeks is awesome. Definitely stay away from artificial sweeteners. They just make me more likely to binge on carbs. Their rice is a lot like play-doh. Sticky, mushy. Keep up the good work.

Keep up the great work I have been doing this way of eating for almost 1 year now and wouldnt trade it for anything in the world. If you stay true to it any cravings you may have will cease and the weight will drop. I noticed your goal weight is 300lbs is that your 1st mini goal or is that your main goal to reach. Either way keep it up you will be so glad you did.

300 is my first goal. It is what I weighed when I finished high school. From there I will set a final goal weight.

Mostly meats, with a small green salad (topped with cottage cheese, ranch dressing, and sunflower seeds). Sausage, bacon, all beef franks, those seem to keep my appetite down in the morning. Then in the evening, I eat a steak or a chicken breast with the salad.
Lots of water, no diet sodas, some iced tea, unsweetened of course.
