Talking Minimum calories?

I am doing Protein Power, and I am meeting my protien minimums each day (32 per meal for me), and keeeping my carbs under 30 per day. But my calories are usually around 1,500 to 2,000. Is that enough? I am also doing a Body for Life style workout (weights three days and two days of running on a treadmill each week).

What do you try to consume each day in terms of number of calories per day? Can eating too few calories a day cause a stall?

I haven't really stalled, because I just started on 9/3/02, but I'm curious to see what others have found.

As a guideline alot of people eat between 10 and 12 times their weight. Yes, eating too few calories might cause a stall as your body goes into starvation mode.
