Default Normal

From what I have read and experienced this is normal. Your body is withdrawing from sugar. You should feel better in a few days. The first week is the toughest. Make sure you are having 20g per day of carbs. Have you checked out Fitday? It is a big help in keeping track of your food etc. Also drinking lots of water is always important and should make you feel a bit better.

I had some tuna and I am feeling a little better. I will drink mineral water to replace electrolytes as well.
