Guestimate. A quarter pounder is a quarter pound of beef - before cooking. Cheeseburgers and hamburgers from McD's are similar in size to those at Wendy's, so use those numbers. When you're dealing with a beef patty and a slice of cheese the room for error isn't that great, if it makes you feel better, err on the side of caution (i.e. use a higher number if you're trying to keep calories in check and a lower number if you're trying to increase calories).
