Default Total Gym info

Hello all,

My sister and I have been trying to find some kind of resistance training solution. We both are pretty up to speed at cardio (we both walk at least 5 times a week). Both of us aren't gym people. I've heard about something called Total Gym which is supposed to be a kind of portable weight trainign thing. Anyone heard of this or have one? Do you like it?

Thanks
Tam

Default ...

Total Gym is a device that uses percentages of your bodyweight as resistance.

A friend of mine has one and swears by it. He is getting good results from it too.

Give it a go ...

Thanks Trainer Dan - I understand you are the fitness guru for this site

And according to Yahoo Shopping, you can get it for 160 bucks - not too bad...

Default not a guru ... LOL

$160 is a GOOD price for it. I think he paid $225 retail for it. LOL. I'll have to bust his chops for that one.

As for the guru, I am not one. I just learned alot from other people and reading. This forum has lots of people who have alot of knowledge on exercise and all that goes with it.

I just happen to do it professionally, that's all. But thanks for the compliment.
